1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use kioswd services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when accessing our services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an account with kioswd, you agree to:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by kioswd.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and security checks.
• Processing time for withdrawals is typically 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, depending on the amount and verification status.
• kioswd reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

kioswd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without wagering activity, may be flagged for investigation and subject to account suspension.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

kioswd may offer various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on kioswd, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after placement, except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by kioswd.
• kioswd reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of technical malfunction, manipulation, or other irregularities.

• Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results as declared by the governing sports body.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kioswd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of kioswd or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

kioswd collects, processes, and stores user personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 10. Account Closure and Suspension

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to the user after deducting any applicable fees, pending withdrawals, or disputed amounts, subject to verification and compliance requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
